Start-up, Testing, and Training  

From pre-energization to customer handover, Maverick’s Service Team will ensure that your new equipment is operating correctly and safely and ensure a smooth transition to the new agent.

  1. Start-up: Testing and commissioning services to ensure your equipment is installed and functioning properly before and after it is brought online. This includes testing the equipment for correct operation, calibrating settings, and checking electrical connections.
  2. Documentation: To ensure that all relevant information about your equipment is properly recorded and stored, Maverick will ensure detailed documentation on the equipment, including manuals, specifications, and operating procedures.
  3. Training and support: We will provide training and support services to help our customers understand how to operate and maintain their new equipment. This includes providing training materials, conducting training sessions, and offering ongoing support as needed.
Maintenance

Maverick offers ongoing maintenance services to ensure equipment is operating efficiently and effectively. This includes regular inspections, testing, and calibration.

  1. Visual inspections: To identify any signs of wear, damage, or other issues. This could include checking for loose connections, signs of corrosion or damage, and other visual indicators of problems.
  2. Electrical testing: Testing to ensure equipment is functioning properly. This includes testing the voltage, current, and resistance of the equipment to identify any abnormalities or issues.
Repairs and Upgrades

Our knowledgeable staff offer repair services for any issues with your equipment and can provide recommendations for replacements, upgrades or retrofits.  

  1. Repairs and replacements:  Our techs evaluate the need for repair or replacement for any worn, damaged, or malfunctioning components. This could include replacing circuit breakers, fuses, and other components critical to the switchgear’s operation.
  2. Upgrades and retrofits: When necessary, we can help you evaluate the performance of existing equipment and identify opportunities to add new components, upgrade existing components, or retrofit outdated equipment with new technology.
