About the Role:

This role is key to maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. Service Call Center Lead must be detail oriented, be very well organized, punctual and act with an extreme sense of urgency in support of our customer needs. This role requires flexibility, ingenuity and the ability to track and administer multiple tasks utilizing a wide range of resources and in support of a national installation base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee call center operations, assuring “same day” response to internal and external support requests.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering, Field Services and Product Management team to as necessary to address quality and warranty concerns.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, service manuals and product instructions for configuration of equipment.
  • Generate work orders, document findings and detail problem resolution utilizing company and customer computer maintenance management systems.
  • Work with service management, engineering and manufacturing staff to address manufacturing quality issues, change requests and material support.

Qualifications:

  • 4-Yr Technical Degree and minimum of 2 years of technical experience. Alternately an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Ability to travel, including one or more overnight stays when required.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, electrical power studies and other technical documents including customer specifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with the operation and maintenance on Maverick Power distribution products
  • Experience in a data center environment
  • Experience with technical data entry, specifically on a CX Alloy/ACA or other CMMS system

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods standing on the manufacturing floor and sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to navigate the warehouse and reach items both high and low.
  • Must have vision correctable to 20/20 and be able to wear required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, boots, gloves, etc.).
  • Must be able to lift up to twenty-five pounds at times.

Work Environment:
May work in various settings at the Maverick Power facilities, in offices, in multiple shops, and in commercial buildings. Maintaining the same position or posture while performing tasks and sitting for prolonged periods.
