About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented ERP Specialist to manage and maintain product data within our Epicor ERP system. This role is responsible for creating and maintaining part numbers, bills of materials (BOMs), and related system data to ensure accuracy across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically proficient in ERP, and understands the importance of clean, accurate data in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
ERP Data Management
- Create and maintain part numbers, revisions, and product records in Epicor
- Build and update multi-level bills of materials (BOMs)
- Enter and maintain routings, operations, and material requirements
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across ERP modules
Engineering & Manufacturing Support
- Process engineering change orders (ECOs) and implement updates in Epicor
- Collaborate with Engineering to release new parts and assemblies
- Support Manufacturing and Supply Chain with accurate item and BOM data
- Assist in troubleshooting ERP-related part or BOM issues
Data Integrity & Process Improvement
- Perform audits of parts and BOM structures for accuracy
- Maintain documentation standards for ERP data entry
- Support system improvements and reporting initiatives
- Help develop best practices for part numbering and BOM management
Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in an ERP system (Examples: Epicor, SAP, Sage, etc)
- Experience creating and maintaining parts and bills of materials
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Epicor
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Familiarity with engineering drawings and revision control processes
- Understanding of material planning or MRP systems
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to twenty-five pounds at a time.
- Prolonged periods sitting, standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks.
- Prolonged periods standing on the manufacturing floor and sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

May work in various settings at the Maverick Power facilities, in offices, in multiple shops, and in commercial buildings. Maintaining the same position or posture while performing tasks and sitting for prolonged periods.
